三软煤层大采高孤岛工作面支架参数优化设计

Hydraulic support parameters optimization design for large mining height and island working face in three-soft coal seam

摘要: 为了解决小康煤矿三软煤层大采高孤岛工作面顶板与煤壁控制难题,采用理论计算与数值模拟方法分析对比了孤岛工作面与正常工作面顶板控制的差异,并进行了支架参数优化设计。研究结果表明:受两侧采空的影响,孤岛工作面顶板岩层的应力、位移、破坏区均明显高于正常工作面,导致顶板与煤壁难以控制;基于支架支护强度与顶板下沉量关系曲线,确定支架支护强度应不小于1.3MPa;通过分析支架初撑力与煤壁水平位移量曲线,确定支架初撑力应不小于1.0MPa,并通过提高乳化液泵额定压力来弥补远距离供液沿程压力损失;液压支架型号确定为ZY13500/31/65,采用伸缩梁与护帮板连体结构形式,支架护帮高度为3.0m,设计采用抬底座机构,提高支架对底板的适应性。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of roof and rib controlling of large mining height and island working face in three-soft coal seam in Xiaokang mine, the difference of roof controlling between island and normal working face were analyzed and contrasted based on the method of theoretical analysis and numerical modeling. The hydraulic support parameters were optimized. The results show that the stress, displacement, failure zone in island working face were more than the normal working face due to the influence of the both sides of the gob, which leaded to the difficult controlling of roof and rib. Based on the curve of supporting intensity and roof subside displacement, the supporting intensity of hydraulic support should not less than 1.3MPa. The setting load of hydraulic support should more than 1.0MPa through analyzing the curve of the setting load and rib horizontal displacement. The hydraulic support’s type is ZY13500/31/65, which adopted the telescopic girder and face guard structure. The height of the face guard is 3m. The structure of raising the base was designed to improve the adaptation to the floor.
